This comedy is passable. It's not extraordinary, but we spend a nice moment after all.
The script is rather poor and draws its inspiration from other French comedies. The theme of invasive roommates has already been repeated many times, and this reinterpretation does not stand. The film shows many clichés (the old depressive, the young person who gets drunk and the two friends who fall in love ...) let's say that the suspense does not exist and that the end is without great surprise.
Some actors' performance are quite limited, especially that one from Berengere Krief, but some gags are funny (though somewhat repetitive) and we smile gently two or three times.
