- A homeless woman needs a pair of scissors to cut their gloved hands off.
- It is revealed in a flashback that a woman is stabbed by her mother who has a schizophrenic meltdown.

- A woman is seen two times cutting herself and takes out chunks of her flesh from her leg and eats it since she refuses to kill and eat human meat. A woman's thighs are also seen to have several scars after it is heavily implied that she keeps cutting her herself in order to maintain her hunger. The scenes are very gory and disturbing.

Violence & Gore
- A child commits suicide by walking off of a cliff. It is implied that this happens to three more children but it later revealed that one of them was murdered by his mother instead.
- A young child is stabbed in the chest with a metal hook. This is shown numerous times through flashbacks.
- A character is stabbed in the neck from behind with a meat hook. The hook is then pulled out, causing their throat to be slashed and causing them to violently bleed out.
- Four children stab a character repeatedly in the back, no blood is shown. She is stabbed a total of 37 times but most of it happens below the camera; later you see her body with a lot of bloody slashes across her back.
- A character's throat is slit with an ice hook. This is shown from afar and is quite quick but is still shocking.
- A character is shot in the neck. They put pressure on the wound as they begin to bleed out before a metallic ice hook is swung into the back of their head, killing them.
- A person is shot in the head. Not bloody but very sudden
- A character is struck in the head by an identical copy of them with a beer bottle. Blood flows from their head. They are then hit around 10 more times in the head until they are dead.
- A person has a garden hose impaled through their mouth. Their dead body is seen with water and blood spurting from the mouth.
- A person is seen fully alive while having his innards eaten by a naked man. He dies soon after.
- A person is shot in the chest in graphic detail. He is then shot three more times although only the gunshots are heard.
- A person is stabbed in the chest with a shovel, which is then stomped on twice.
- A person is hit numerous times in the back of the head with a hammer, caving in their skull.
- A person is vertically cut in half by a supernatural explosion. First his face blows apart, then his head and finally the rest of his torso.
- A character is stabbed in the back, chest and back again with a screwdriver. He is then stabbed directly through the palm and around 8 times in the face with the screwdriver while it's still stuck in his hand. Extremely brutal and graphic
- A person is punched in the eyeline, with the first entering the head and causing both eyeballs to fall out of the sockets.
- Two people are murdered by a man with a power saw. The first has her hand nearly sawed off before the second has his throat and neck slashed open.
- A person is stabbed in the stomach with a fence and then has his skull crushed when his head is stomped on.
- A person's head is sawed in half with a power saw. Later, the killer is impaled through the back by the power saw which is pushed upwards until it vertically cuts them in half.
