Quotes

[first lines]
Rassmussen: You must not watch this. I'm warning you, you can never un-see it. But if you do watch... Gagan Rassmussen. I'm Gagan Rassmussen, this is Le Verrier Lab in orbit around Neptune. I've put things together into some kind of order so that you can, um, understand. So that you can have some idea. There are bits missing, sorry about that. I don't fully understand what's been going on here... but, uh, this is what happened.

Crazy Credits

Instead of the usual opening credits, an acrostic appears at the end of Rassmussen's opening monologue with vertical letters forming "DOCTOR WHO" highlighted. The acrostic consists of the various characters' names and some sort of ID code. Among the visible names are: GAGAN RASMUSSEN 39900076, 474 T000, OSAMU CHOPRA 8889234, DAIKI NAGATA HJSSLL 56890, DEEP-ANDO 633389. The station's name is visible ("LE VERRIER-H999267") and so is "CLARA OSWALD" - the latter with no extra numbers. There are at least two codes with no names attached: "00002458888C" and "03326755". Brilliant
4 November 2018 | by lucasheapSee all my reviews

The first time I watched this, I found it incredibly dull and boring, but after a rewatch, I found it brilliant, I like pretty much everything about it but some of the acting was stale and unbelievable.
