Did You Know?
The Recruit operator has many interesting facts:
Depending on the CTU, the operator will be voiced with a different voice actor from that country. (GIGN recruit has a French accent, SAS has a an English accent and so on).
The CTU's each offer different bonuses when it comes to the amount of certain gadgets that their Recruits can use.
Depending on the armor value of the Recruit, based on their CTU choice, they will have a different model (An SAS or GSG 9 Recruit has minimal equipment, while the GIGN recruit has arm pads, shoulder pads and a neck guard).
Due to the over-use of the FBI Shield Recruit strategy (a tactic of using the higher speed value of the FBI Recruit, the 21 round Fire Seven pistol and the fact of being the only shield operator with a frag grenade), the FBI Recruit was patched to have 3 Armour, making him as slow as every other shield operator.
There is a variant model for Protect Hostage that is the Recruit. This only appears in Situations.
The Recruit can only carry one reinforcement, which can make him disadvantageous on Defence. See more
