Best Beasts Ever!

Awesome documentary showing some amazing beasts, archaeology, and science. Cool to see an experiment linked to each beast to help answer key questions about their existence and of course, size! Good CGI renditions of each creature with excellent explanations from experts in related fields helped to bring their stories to life, and practical experiments demonstrated the things that set them apart in the animal kingdom. Fun to see my fave the meg making an appearance, and so many fun new beasts to know about! Definitely would recommend a watch for anyone interested in cool beasts, good family watch too I'd say!

Great Beasts held back by long winded Nerds

You may have noticed that National Geographic television has changed in the past few years. We are guessing that the tall foreheads at Nat Geo instructed the production people that in order to attract a new generation of spectators, they should be more vigorous and forceful in their presentation.

First the good news: the dinosaurs and modern creatures presented in "Top 10 Biggest Beasts Ever" are captivating. The special effects (cgi) imagines for us how the "beasts" might look and renders a provocative and amusing model of speculation.
