Good but slipping
2 August 2015 | by Hal_E_WouldSee all my reviews

Mr. Robot started out great but with this episode it turned into just another episode of "cops and guns." There are simply too many TV shows with the same theme. In my opinion it's a crutch for lazy writers. This has turned into a real hack writing job. Too many sub plots and too much character development-it's beginning to read like a soap opera. I realize this is a series and they have to stretch the plot, but this was a bit much. Latinos and blacks in the same drug dealing gang, in a show based on hackers? Come on, guys. Now it's been renewed for a second season. This has strayed too far from the original premise. Evil corporation will never be hacked at this rate.
