Two moments of Jonas's life intertwine, each reflecting the other: in 1995, when he was a secretive teenager, and 18 years later, as an attractive and impulsive thirty-something looking for balance in his life.
Nacho San José (Delia's Spanish husband, Rodrigo) was meant to have a larger role, but his American work visa wasn't approved in time, despite production applying early enough and putting a rush order on it just to be safe. I don't think this is "another gay movie". What happens in this story might happen to any of us, no matter who you are or who you sleep with. It's all about lies, trust, loneliness, fears and love.... That's life... real life ... Hard and sad or happy life...
In my opinion, the characters in the film faithfully reflect a group of friends with their virtues and flaws. They are kind, affectionate, selfish, immature characters ... real as life itself.
Anyone over 30 will be reflected in many situations and if you have not done so, you are about to do so.
If this movie does not excite you ... is that nothing will ....
