Christoph Bernard, an old crony of Dorn and veteran of The Hague's justice league visits to help the team sniff out (another) 3 grams of polonium-210 problem. Bernard does not like mousy Carine from the start, perhaps as she always seems more "Lost" than law enforcement. It will be a struggle getting this decorated war horse to pull Carine's wagon out of the mud. Written by LA-Lawyer

Radioactive Threat
20 June 2017 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

An old friend of Dorn almost screws up an investigation into the disappearance of a deadly isotope. Because of confused motivations, there are roadblocks all the way. It's another case where a person has overstayed his welcome and almost makes a fatal error. Dorn is caught between a rock and a hard place because he, himself, is of an age where his judgment may be called into question. How does one do the right thing without stepping on toes.
