Sick for Toys

Roy's friend is tied with his hands in front of him. You can see it when Edward comes in to feed him. Ok, so he might be to weak or lack concentration to use a spoon. But he can speak and think clearly, move his neck, move his back and legs enough to move. And yet he can't pull a simple rag out of his mouth.
