In the late 80s a horrible 'epidemic' began in Rostov Region. One by one, 37 maniacs have begun to appear. Black tights were bait for one of them. The first victim of Taganrog maniac, Anya Lineberger, was only 16 years old. The girls' mothers scared their daughters with him all the time. The police were looking for him, but the psychiatrist figured him out.
