Stranger Things Season 3 Begins Filming

Stranger Things Season 3 has officially begun filming, which means we're already that much closer to the next season appearing on Netflix! Everything we've read so far about the new season sounds interesting, and it looks like Season 4 is already a sure thing. Why? If I had to guess it's because Season 3's story ends on a cliffhanger, which would definitely suck, although as long as the new season isn't terrible I can suffer through it!

Executive producer Shawn Levy previously revealed that the third season would take place one year after the second season, so that would set it during the summer of 1985. He went on to talk about the relationships of the teen characters. When the story picks up Eleven (Millie Bobbie Brown) and Mike (Finn Wolfhard) will be a couple as will Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) and Max (Sadie Sink). He also said that Steve Harrington will have a

‘Guerilla’ Short Film Review

Stars: Adrian Baez, Randy Burke, Carissa Carlberg, Lucy Dorado, Raul Gutierrez, Delaiah Hastie, Mars Mohamed, Kendall Morris, Lyddie Ward, Riley Yargus | Written and Directed by Shane Ryan

The year is 1989 and after a rocket launch from the American Military goes wrong, a virus has attacked the small town nearby. But a ten year old boy with a video camera might be able to help.

As a synopsis that doesn’t sound like your normal short film and after watching Guerilla, it really isn’t your normal short film… It’s more like a very long video montage. Or six music videos played non-stop together. If you think that sounds like a bad idea, it actually works out a lot better than you’d think.

With no dialogue whatsoever, the music is a huge part of Guerilla. Being set in the eighties and with a director that is clearly heavily influenced by the era,

As we’ve heard previously from creators The Duffer Brothers, Netflix’s hit supernatural drama series Stranger Things is being eyed for a four season run, meaning we have two more trips back in time to Hawkins, Indiana to look forward to.

However, speaking to Collider ahead of production on season three beginning this coming week, executive producer Shawn Levy has been chatting about the future, suggesting that a fifth season could well be on the cards, although no decisions have been made as yet.

“Season Four is definitely happening,” said Levy. “There’s very much the possibility of a season beyond that one, that’s currently undecided. And what I would just say is part of the chaos and fun of this particular show is that while the Duffers and the writer’s room and we producers outline the entire season, the Duffers really use the writing process to revisit,

Super Troopers 2 Review

With Roseanne back on the air after 20 years, and shows and films like Stranger Things, It and Ready Player One relying so heavily on their nostalgia factor, it’s not too surprising that we got a second Super Troopers. 17 years ago, the Broken Lizard troupe came out of nowhere, landing a deal with Fox Searchlight, grossing an unbelievable amount of money, and creating a cult hit in the process. Much of their charm feels reminiscent to that of Monty Python’s. But just as a second Holy Grail would impair the impact of the first, Super Troopers 2 has little worth laughing at other than a couple of retold jokes.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Super Troopers could have become this generation’s Police Academy. However, Jay Chandrasekhar and the rest of the Broken Lizard boys extinguished that fire when they abandoned these stoner policemen to make
