The team is back on land to search for some things Dr. Scott needs, and of course, they get across problems. This time some kids that are just trying to survive and some bounty hunters that work for the submarine people. At the ship, Dr. Scott will try to convince herself of the necessity to work with Niels.

"Uneasy Lies the Head" gives another action-oriented episode, with the team fighting bounty hunters and teenagers that, after what have been through, see themselves as warriors and survivors. It gives the show a chance to show the soldiers as parent figures and protectors. It is entertaining enough, but you can see every plot development coming.

On the ship, things are way more interesting, Dr. Scott (with a livelier than normally Rhona Mitra) tries to accept the need to work with Niels, and to get him to collaborate. The acting could be better, but the tensions and the struggle is there, and it does for an interesting character's arc. After all that Niels has 'done', having him on the ship makes characters have problems with their own feelings and beliefs, Dr. Scott the clearest example.

And with the submarine and its people out of the limelight for now, danger is probably around the next inlet.
