- Trapped and alone in a terrifying Dalek city, the Doctor is at the heart of an evil Empire; no sonic, no TARDIS, nobody to help. With his greatest temptation before him, can the Doctor resist? And will there be mercy?
- Picking up from where the previous episode left off, the Doctor finds - courtesy of Davros - through a single touch to a cable, he can destroy every single Dalek.
Genocide, in other words, is at the Doctor's fingertips.
Will he touch it - and eliminate them?
Meanwhile, Clara is with Missy, and Clara's put into a Dalek shell, where the 2 of them try to control it, but, whilst Missy is playing (just a bit), Clara finds it's much harder to make the shell do what she wishes.
Meanwhile, the Doctor and Davros engage in mind games - with Davros trying to make the Doctor look back at what his existence has meant both positive and negative - in the grand scheme of things, whilst the Doctor tries to explain that what he did was for the betterment of the universe, in toto.
