Storyline

An amusing, extraordinarily insightful conversation between client and service provider takes place in admittedly a most unlikely location; a location where what one would expect turns out to be quite the opposite than the anticipated. The unlikely location is Tiffany's fantasy dungeon, where anything is possible. The result... A challenge to the nature of existence and the essence of love.

Rather unique and interesting...
13 March 2021 | by paul_haakonsenSee all my reviews

Well, when I stumbled upon this movie, I must admit that at first glance I was ready to pass on the movie, believing it to be an adult movie just misplaced among the regular movies. But I picked it up and read the synopsis. And I must admit that I was intrigued, because it sounded like nothing I have seen before. So of course I was interested to see what this was about. And I also looked up the movie on IMDb, and with a mediocre rating, then I believed that this movie could go either way.

Running at 47 minutes, then this comedy/drama might not seem particularly long, and I suppose in reality it wasn't. But I must admit that I was impressed with the way that Terri (played by Paige Davis) and Mark (played by Ryun Yu) managed to keep the dialogue going and keep the movie upbeat and entertaining.

Actually, "Bondage" is a movie that you should take the time to sit down to watch, if you find yourself presented with the opportunity to do so. This is not your typical movie. And if you like something offbeat, something avantgarde and unique, then "Bondage" proves to be rather entertaining.

While the movie had a very, very small cast ensemble, I will say that both Ryun Yu and Paige Davis performed quite well and carried the movie phenomenally with their performances and their delivery of the dialogue. There was something spellbinding about it in a way, I suppose.

"Bondage" turned out to be better than I had hoped for, and I must admit that the 47 minutes was spent in good company. I was genuinely and thoroughly entertained by the movie from writer and director Esquire Jauchem.

I am rating "Bondage" a six out of ten stars. This is so unique and extraordinary that it is well-worth sitting down to watch.
