The Redemption of Joel with John D'Aquino (2014)

*** 1/2 (out of 4)

Excellent interview with actor John D'Aquino who discusses his career but the main focus is PUMPKINHEAD. The actor talks about what drew him into the profession and then we get into details about the making of the cult horror movie. The actor pretty much talks about how he got the role and then talks about all of his co-workers and what he can remember about them. He also talks about some of the stunts that he did in the film as well as what it was like working with Stan Winston. Once again Shout Factory! delivers a very entertaining featurette so fans of PUMPKINHEAD should be entertained by what we have here. D'Aquino does a very good job at explaining the production and he really gives you a good idea of what it was like on the set. He seems quite fond of the memories, which is always good to see.
