Trivia

The character of Neil Mackay is based on real life SOE operatives Majors Fairburn and Sykes. Like Mackay they were both former Royal Shanghai Police officers who became martial arts experts during their service in China and on the outbreak of war returned to the UK to teach silent killing to commandos and secret agents. Fairburn was even posted to Camp X in 1942. See more »

Goofs

The grenade used by Josee is a modern M67 fragmentation grenade. An appropriate grenade for the period would have been a British No. 36 "Mills Bomb". See more »
