Walker lore randomly changes. It was established that walkers would simply walk around walls if they couldn't see or hear anything on the other side. Here, walkers surround the walled neighborhood and stay in place for days, even when no one has been within hundreds of feet of a walled section. The episode even contradicts itself because (after just a few hours) walkers had forgotten all about someone they knew was hiding just out of arm's reach. See more »

[first lines]
Nicholas: [in a flashback, over the snarling walkers] Thank you.
[Glenn crawls out from under Nicholas' dead body, crawling under the dumpster, killing and enclosing himself with the dead walker bodies]
Nicholas: [after one whole night and day, Glenn crawls out from under the dumpster looking for Nicholas' water bottle, as Glenn suddenly hears a voice]
Enid: Hey, head's up!
Enid: [Glenn misses the thrown water bottle from the roof] Shit. I said head's up.
Glenn Rhee: Enid?

please get a move on
23 November 2015 | by See all my reviews

the biggest teaser of this show is finally revealed, but at a great cost. The audience had moved on along with the characters, but it is wonderful to know that the writers didn't kill Glenn so cheaply. Most of you might be happy because the prediction theories of Glenn were correct. On a personal front, I would like to see Glenn till the end of the series. He was there all through, been a moral fiber from the viewers perspective. We can't hold on to Rick as he is vulnerable sometimes, but we all root for Glenn.

Moving on to this episode, the story moves finally from where it left in episode 3, but only in a lazy fashion. We can expect a move on only in the finale, but of course with a cliff hanger.

It has been a long ride, 6 seasons, and the writers are not even hinting if the show is a setting where our heroes find some cure for their world or they keep moving on to safer places in every season or is it a zombie survival characterization.

Here is how the show works - Move on to a city - survive till the end and move on. Move on to a village - survive till the end and move on. Move on to a prison - survive till it can hold the people. Move on to the roads and move on to a gated community as long as the walls stand.

So all we need to see is some change of this pattern.
