(Around 0:48:43) The SUV that the kidnappers use, has a missing license plate that magically reappears when the vehicle makes a turn again.

(Around 0:17:08) When Sanaya is listing her wishlist to her mother in the flashback scene, the time by the clock on the wall hardly moves by one second when the camera pans back to Anu after Sanaya has finished her dialogue delivery. This happened because both the scenes were shot separately, each in its own continuity.

(Around 0:17:29) When Anu bends over to kiss her daughter, her phone shifts from her right hand to her left hand in between successive shots, even though she is laden with so much stuff to effect such a switch.

Neither there are any tyre marks behind the car on the dusty platform from where Anu had driven it.

When Sam recounts in the court how he murdered Sia, he reveals that he dragged the body out. Since he was barefoot all this while, he would have left his footprints in the blood spatter. Sia and he were earlier drinking. All in all, he had left so much evidence of his presence in Sia's room on the eve of her murder. This important fact has never been considered throughout the case discussion in the movie.

(Around 1:40:35) Since her mission had been accomplished after Miyaaz was set free by the court, Ms Chaudhary had no reason to text Yohaan about the whereabouts of her partner-in-crime, Vijay. For the same reason, Yohaan could not have received that text at all.
