Goofs

The ringing sound you hear in all of the phone calls which are made in the whole season are wrong. The German ringing (and waiting) sound has regular intervals, a different tone and each sound is longer in general. Not a very good beginning

The season opener set the stage for season 5, but it's only mildly exciting. We obviously knew that Carrie and Saul would be back, but their relationship has changed. For better or worse remains to be seen.

I am not a Showtime subscriber so I didn't watch "Homeland" as it was aired. I am now watching the episodes that I have and will keep looking at them. But for me, the season 5 opener wasn't as exciting as most viewers rated it. Of course I will keep looking at "Homeland".
