An embarrassing video of Anthony surfaces online right before his fifth high school reunion. The Smosh dudes then take a portal into YouTube and race to change the video and re-write history before it blows Anthony's chances of reconnecting with his teen crush Anna.
Two long life friends, Ian and Anthony, get invited to their 5 year high school reunion. There's a girl who Anthony had a crush on. A video leaks on the school website when he got a mic up his butt singing at his prom. He goes to YouTube to get it removed. The head of YouTube, Steve YouTube, lets them into a portal where they can change the video. With an all star cast Ian Hecox, Anthony Padilla and Michael Ian Black, this is definitely the duo Smosh's best success.
Ian & Anthony's favorite game "Magic Pocket Slave Monsters" is obviously supposed to be a parody of Pokémon, which is Ian & Anthony's favorite game in real life as well. See more »
When Ian stuffs a mouthful of soft taco into Butt Massage Girl's mouth, the shots abruptly change showing the BM Girl with a mouthful of taco, then eating a corner of it before going back to a mouthful. See more »

Less than Meh
Smosh: The Movie is a great and fun ride for a huge Smosh fan. But, any other movie goer would be disappointed. Don't get me wrong here, Smosh has some few good laughs (In this movie too) and I enjoy some of their content. Though, the movie seemed bad as a whole. The entire thing is littered with plot holes and the story is typical guy gets the girl. Also, the dialogue is a bit choppy seeming to be only a rough draft and not thought over well. Not to mention that the acting is mediocre and some of the performances were just cameos to sell YouTubers.
If you really love Smosh then you will enjoy the movie, but otherwise it's one giant commercial for Smosh/YouTube.
