Rodrigo Unchained
28 January 2017 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

This episode involves the entire orchestra being transplanted to a vacant lot in the inner city. They need to cut through a fence to get there. At first there is considerable complaining, but when they get settled, the play Tchaikovksy's "1812 Overture." Since it is considered a concert, financial issues come to the fore. Gloria tries to look at the artistic elements but she fears that because of pressure from donors, Rodrigo is going to sabotage his second year. Thomas is still in the hearts of some of these people. He was easier to deal with and much safer. Hailey talks with Alex in front of her apartment and there is a good deal of tension because of what she witnessed previously.
