Storyline

Russ and Funkhauser, while on their way to a community outreach event, respond to a shooting in a local park and Russ delivers the victim to the hospital along with the victim's wife. Milt is unable to get any cohesive info about the shooting, so he calls in a unethical favor behind the FBI's back that backfires and, as a result, gets suspended for a week; Russ reluctantly takes him on as a consultant and they learn that the victim, a radiologist, and his wife, a pediatrician, were on the verge of ending their short term separation when the shooting happened and that the shooter, Bennet Kowalski, has a personal connection to the victim. Meanwhile, Holly, in the aftermath of her cruise vacation, begins to wonder why her boyfriend consistently refuses sex with her and Jacocks, after her advice to Holly backfires, somehow believes that she's not really in love with him. Goofs

When Russ shorts out the power to shut the washing machines off, he puts the screwdriver in the large slot in the AC outlet. This is the neutral line with little voltage on it and grounding it wouldn't pop the circuit breaker. Even if he put the screwdriver in the small hot slot, it wouldn't pop the circuit breaker, but still could have electrocuted him. See more »
