Did You Know?

Jessica Jones says "what doesn't kill you makes you stranger" to which Simpson says 'stronger not stranger'. This is a famous dialogue from the movie "The Dark Knight" a DC Comics based movie where this is said by The Joker. See more »

Jessica mistakenly says the broken rib is poking her liver, which is on the right side, not her injured left, clearly demonstrating her lack of medical training. This is not a goof, however, as it's just the type of sarcastic, off-handed comment Jessica regularly makes and it wasn't intended as medical fact. See more »

Young Trish: It's not fair. I don't even know her. We just go to the same school. I don't want to do this.
Dorothy Walker: And I don't want to cover up for a stupid starlet who set a nightclub on fire.
Young Trish: It was a tablecloth. I don't know how it started.
Dorothy Walker: Because you were passed out!

Stretch It Out
31 July 2019 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

I know that every one of these series has a weak episode that halts the plot and then allows it to move on. Here we have Jessica going from morgue to morgue to find the body of the guy who was burned. Then we have the perpetrator of that act, playing a key role. There are little scattered things here but no coherent movement from one to the next.
