A non-romantic true love story between a child in crises, addicted to graffiti, on the brink of destruction, losing faith in integrity, and a humble teacher who believes there is no such thing as a bad kid, only a bad situation.
Mills is a middle schooler addicted to tagging. His home life is mess with an abusive dad and a mom who doesn't believe him. His school life isn't much better. A sympathetic teacher and champion of at risk kids enters his life, Tim. And as much as Mills pulls away, he finds himself compelled to try to trust, just one more time.
I've watched the world premiere of this wonderful movie during the "International Filmfest Oldenburg 2017". Director Santiago Rizzo and actor Lou Diamond Phillips were special guests and presented the movie to the audience. A touching story and brilliant actors - especially Gregory Kasyan and Lou Diamond Phillips - turned this evening into a reminding event.
"Quest" is one of the best movies I've ever seen. Go and watch it!
