While real-world issues prevented the appearance of the Marvel Netflix characters or the Agents of SHIELD, given the dire circumstances there's no reason why Doctor Strange would not have summoned them to participate in the final battle. Also, Nick Fury and Maria Hill are not present.
Strange is established as having seen the future and is attempting to ensure that they'll have the one future (out of over 14 million possible futures) where they win. The characters who were not there were not summoned, because Strange had not seen them there. They might have been there in some of the possible futures, where the heroes lost. Which would give Strange a motivation to not summon them. See more »
Great ending but not as good as infinity war overall
It's a long film at 3 hours the last one being better because this concludes the 10 year story in at great and satisfying way. The first 2 hours are build up that is ultimately paid off but I felt the middle dragged on I just wanted to get to the end. Infinity war kept me interested the whole time, more than endgame. It's definitely worth the whatch and after you don't have to worry about spoilers.8/10.
