Goofs

Throughout the series dead bodies are depicted with extreme inaccuracy. People often return to corpses that have been sitting for more than a week yet the bodies have little to no decomposition, no presence of maggots or rot, and a complete lack of rigor mortis. Limbs are easily manipulated, breasts jiggle when long-dead corpses are moved, and in general it is glaringly evident that the actors portraying dead bodies are anything but. See more »

Not as bad as it's being made out.
25 May 2015 | by sforrester-3See all my reviews

I think the reviews on this are pretty harsh. While it's not going to win any awards, the first episode wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be based on what I read here. It kind of is what it is, an Under the Dome copy with a different scenario. Some of the acting could be better, some of the script could be better but I'm not going to judge it badly based on the first episode. Sometimes these series take a few episodes to bed in properly. I'll come back and do another review a few episodes in which I guess means I intend to keep watching! I didn't really think much of Jericho after watching the first episode but ended up hooked so I guess I'll wait and see.
