Storyline

Bruce keeps even Gordon in the dark about Alfred's stabbing but stops him from leaving his sickbed too early to deal with Reggie before the vet leaves, and gets help from street-smart Selina to track the fiend down. Now installed as police union boss, James grudgingly accepts a beat cop's plea to personally investigate a serial killer of young woman, with enthusiastic Leslie and tipped by Cobblepot, but it's a trap. On the island, Dr. Francis Dulmacher shows Fish his seemingly infallible escape prevention, but she plays two groups of organ 'donor' prisoners against each-other to divert the armed guards while she steals the helicopter, but is shot. Quotes

Fish Mooney: Every night when I close my eyes, I pray to God that nightmare doesn't come. That living, breathing man, stitched together with arms and legs that weren't his. That nightmare you created. I've faced dangerous men, but none like you, Dollmaker.
Dr. Francis Dulmacher: So you'd rather take your own life than end up one of my creations?
Fish Mooney: Yes.
Dr. Francis Dulmacher: Well, Miss Mooney, try anything like this again, and your nightmare will come true. I will bring you back from the dead, if I have to and make you into something the world has never ...
