Woody Allen???
15 July 2016 | by pakenmannSee all my reviews

The main character screams of Woody Allen and the director even needed French accordion to try and swing us into his pensive mood.

I guess it's hard to get out of Woody Allen's shadow and not fall into Frenchy semi- sentimentalism but one's got to try and this director seems to try.

I'm still half way through and will give it another 5, maybe 10 minutes to show something original. Let's see.

. . . .

Have seen another bit of if it and while nice and funny it still reeks of Woody Allen.

Maybe that's how it's supposed to be
