When the man in suit visits the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Department and talks to Lucy, a calendar is seen on Lucy's computer screen. The month and year is not shown, but the month displayed has 31 days and starts on a Monday. Between 2012 and 2016, the only months this could be are August 2016, December 2014, July 2013, or October 2012. The filming of the new series began in September 2015 and ended in April 2016, which doesn't match any of the possible months. The events in the new series are supposed to take place in around 2014, 25 years after the events in the original series. However, it's very unlikely that the events take place in December 2014. Therefore, unless this is a slip-up, Lucy is for some reason looking at another month than the present one. See more
