The film is long and slow but just about gets away with it. I did not realise that death was such a major part of this film. My partner died 3 months ago so I can relate to a bereavement situation now - previously it wouldn't have had anything like the same impact. I found the movie had a depressing effect. I guess there are a real lot of twilight zombie people out there only just holding it together.
