He runs the biodynamic farm with his wife, Rita, and from their farm, Thorshøjgaard, they distribute products to some of the best restaurants in the world. But not everyone is equally fond of Thorshøjgaard and their holistic methods. Beautifully Shot Documentary
2 February 2018 | by kaitzuuSee all my reviews

I really liked it, but it lacked some substance to me.

Shots were just amazing: The camera work was just like a painter painting a canvas with heavenly colors expositions.

The old guy (the main "protagonist") was just respectable and clearly equipped with a strong heart and firm believe in his work: Motivational to watch!

But, I would have liked to hear more of the philosophical side of the biodynamic farming and its origin; also, what are its biggest differences with nowadays popular organic farming.
