Storyline

The film follows a lean, fit, seemingly healthy 41 year old man on a quest to hack his genes and drop dead healthy by avoiding the heart disease and diabetes that has afflicted his family. Kevin O'Neill, an Irish Gaelic football star from the 1960s, won the first of 2 All Ireland Championships with the Down Senior Football Team in 1960 before the biggest crowd (94,000) ever seen at an Irish sporting event. When Kevin suffered a heart attack later in life, family and friends were shocked. How does a lean, fit and seemingly healthy man - who has sailed through cardiac stress tests - suddenly fall victim to heart disease? Can a controversial diet consisting of 70% fat provide his son with the answers? Written by Donal O'Neill

Eye opening, life changing revelations, dispelling lies and at last explaining why we didn't feel better/fitter/healthier/happier as promised.

This film is a life changer! Why were so many of us asleep and happy to be lied to??!! In my case I grew up being taught to respect and not question authority while ignoring me, my feelings and my body. So many friends and family too, now filled with junk food, chemicals, pills could have lived longer, less miserable lives. The truth IS out there! The truth is in Cereal Killers! And it is oh so damn obvious, doh!!! Once I'd finished beating myself up for ignoring me and evidence over the years I changed my ways like Donal and never felt better!!! Oh the joy of NO cravings, no more feeling like I'm greedy, no hunger and food obsessing, no more stomach issues. And now loving every bite of delicious simple food I eat because it tastes so good! I have seen the light, yay!
