Trama

Malcolm puts Oliver and Thea in a dangerous situation that lands them on Lian Yu with Oliver's former enemy, Deathstroke. A flashback reveals when Oliver and Maseo returned to Starling City to retrieve the Omega bio weapon, and despite being under strict orders from Amanda Waller not to reveal himself to anyone, Oliver looks in on his family, Laurel and Tommy.—Susruth Chavali

The episode kicks off with Queen and Thea in the woods. After a day of training they sit around the campfire and start talking about secrets.

In our flashback Waller tells Queen and Maseo they're in town to crash China White's auction of the Omega weapon. The reason White's in Starling City is that she's working with Peter Kang, an employee of Queen Consolidated. Waller threatens that she will kill anyone who finds out Queen is still alive during the mission.

Laurel finds Lance drunk at a bar instead of at work.

Queen and Thea talk about Slade. Queen then goes for a walk, heading directly for Slade's underground ARGUS prison cell. The cell door is open and a dead security guard lies under a blanket on the bed. Queen tells this to Thea, just as Queen's phone rings. Malcolm is behind Slade's release, the goal being to help him regain his "killer instinct."

Maseo and Queen go to Queen Consolidated HQ in order to get onto Kang's computer. They spot Thea buying drugs and see Tommy chasing the dealer off.

Slade appears in the woods and immediately knocks Queen and Thea out and sticks them in his cell. He tells them his plan is to leave them in "purgatory" while faking their deaths back in Starling City.

In our flashback Queen goes to Kang's desk and learns the auction is that night.

Queen sneaks into Tommy's party. Queen sees Thea score drugs. He follows the dealer upstairs and warns him to stay away from his sister. The dealer recognizes Queen and he promptly kills him.

In present day Queen and Thea assess their situation. She asks him about Slade mentioning that Queen is still keeping secrets. Queen dislocates Thea's shoulder in order to allow her to reach through the bars and unlock he door.

A drunk Lance shows up to Tommy's party with the police and has nasty things to say to Laurel, Thea and Tommy. Later he and Laurel have it out, in part because she's planning to work at a big-time corporate firm rather than helping people.

After seeing what's going on with his family Queen tells Maseo he needs to return. He's convinced his family will find a way to hide from Waller.

Thea continues pushing Queen for what he's hiding. He tells her that she was the person who killed Sara. He also tells her that she was under the influence of a drug by Malcolm, but Thea is inconsolable. At this moment Slade arrives and puts a gun to Thea's head. This leads to a huge three-way fight and Thea pointing a gun at Slade.

In the flashback Queen watches a video from his father, detailing personal failings and telling his son about the book. "You can save this city," he says in the video.

Maseo hides in the rafters and films China White's auction. He ends up being captured, but Queen arrives just in time to save him from being killed. They are able to stop China White and recover the Omega.

Queen talks Thea out of shooting Slade and they stick him back in the cell.

Waller brings an Army general to see Queen. He says they need to debrief Queen back in China, but afterwards he can go anyplace in the world he wants to.

Tommy asks out Laurel for the first time.

In present day Laurel finds Lance at Sara's grave. He thinks she broke a bond they had. She suggests they go to an AA meeting, but he refused to go to the same one.

Queen and Thea return to civilization. She confronts Malcolm about what he did with her and Sara. She says after they're finished with Ra's she'll never again be his daughter.
