- Quotes
Barry Allen: I mean, this is crazy. There are literally hundreds of thousands of people in Central City and, out of everyone you could have picked to rob, you pick me.
Mugger: What, are you sick? Money. Now.
Barry Allen: I just... You're really gonna be kicking yourself, man. I mean, if there was an Olympics for bad luck, you didn't just medal, pal. You Michael Phelps-ed.

'Blackout' or so Cisco called him, was an interesting choice. Mostly because the Flash' personality is much like Spider-man's and quite frankly this villain seemed a lot like Electro. The powers are almost exactly the same, but this time he had to 'charge up' by using The Flash. I liked that his motives this time were on Wells. I don't think he has faced enough blame as he deserves for the amount of damage he caused when the explosion happened that night. It was good to see that he acknowledges how much pain he put people through, but at the same time claims it was all part of a plan. I feel like there's still a lot of explaining to do in that area but i'm still enjoying all the teases.
It was also nice to see Wells using the villains he has been locking away, that is until he got Tony killed. Barry shouldn't be apologizing for saying Wells doesn't care about people, because let's face it this is all for himself. Sure he wants Barry to stay alive but it's all so he can steal his powers. But he is shaping up to be a great villain no matter. Tonight reminded us again that characters can cross over from Arrow as the Clock King made his first appearance on The Flash. He was one of the few Arrow villains not to feel too much 'filler-like'. Even though it did just seem like he was used as a way to have the stakes feel higher as Barry didn't have his powers. But still this whole time had me thinking about how Eddie may be Reverse Flash. After all, didn't he just randomly appear with all the hostages hiding in the back? Perhaps he sped on in. Nevertheless tonight was a solid episode and just gets me more pumped for the two night event crossover next week.
