Amazing

This is on par with the best of the series finales, in all my years of watching. It wrapped up all characters' arcs perfectly, yet still let out tons of reasons to keep watching if there's ever a season 3. I've not been so invested in a show since Boardwalk Empire, thankfully enough The Knick also is very similar in settings and in the way it builds up story lines.

Television is on the rise and it just keeps getting better and better, and this is the latest proof of it, with superb directing by Sorderbergh, fantastic acting by the cast and especially Clive Owen, great cinematography and writing. This is what will happen if one decides to fully focus all the energy and resources needed for a quality feature film on a TV series. Looking forward to more of the same, hopefully.
