Scott C. Brown,
What do you do after a long and successful career of public service?
What do you do after a long and successful career of public service? Well, if you are Dr. Stephen Pruitt, tenured professor of finance, you make movies. Terminal is only the latest independent production from Pruitt and his wife, Mary. The pair have now filmed a number of films entirely in their beloved hometown of Kansas City. Terminal was made entirely by a four person crew (including daughter, Rebecca) and, like their other films, the Pruitts served as director, writers, editors, producers, cinematographers, and promoters. Terminal follows the lives of a retiring DA and an ex criminal as both explore the difficulties and joys of changing from one chapter of their lives into another. If you enjoy independent film-making, you will probably enjoy this film.
