The story of best friends Barb and Star, who leave their small Midwestern town for the first time to go on vacation in Vista Del Mar, Florida, where they soon find themselves tangled up in adventure, love, and a villain's evil plot to kill everyone in town.
I usually hate over the top goofy comedies, most of them make me cringe a lot at the chidish humor and the absurd plots, but this one felt very different. I don't know who would greenlight this because it is really bad on paper, yet it looks like it was made with so much love that it totally works in the end.
When you think of cheesy comedies that you liked when you were younger, you know you wouldn't like them at all today, but remember them so fondly. This is the feeling this leaves you with. Not really worth paying a ticket, but it will definitely be adored by lots of people when it goes to streaming
