Someone must hate the filmmaker because there is no reason this short film should have an average of 2.0. Granted, it's a ridiculous marriage proposal but I think a lot of people can relate to some unrequited love in their life at some point. Phoebe, without even saying anything, does a great job of reflecting all those emotions.
