When the sheriff enters the hotel he quickly runs up the stairs. It cuts back to a deputy then back to him as he comes back down the stairs. When he reaches the bottom you can clearly see a cameraman, standing in the back door with a camera on a tripod.

I've only got myself to blame.

From the outset it was obvious this was going to be cheap and shabby, in my defence I was busy doing something else while watching. The plot was ridiculous as was the script; in fact it was awful in just about every way. Just avoid this there is nothing at all to be gained from watching it.
