Sven, the average Swedish guy, bored with his life, decides to go to Thailand to write a novel and "get away from the rat race". He meets a range of peculiar characters and learns a few things about love, friendship and himself.
The story revolve around five couples of different generations. Their lives are woven together by coincidences but sometimes through very deliberate choices where the common driving force is the search for love.

Wasted opportunity after wasted opportunity marks this bad omen of a film. Do not see it. There's no humor here, nor any kind of freshness around. It's stale, there's no romance, an antique view of women, and sloppy direction. All from the script to the plot is vapid and heinous.
There are no redeeming features, possibly bar Suzanne Reuter's vacant acting. The jokes are lame, the scenes are placid...there's just nothing of value here.
