Quotes

Peggy: [joining him in front of a painting] What do you think?
Daniel Holden: What do I think? Well, I think I have looked at this painting for so long in a in a book that somehow my brain has trivialized it. And, uh, now as I stand here in front of the real thing, I feel, if anything, disappointment.

Good episode

Greetings from Lithuania.

4th episode of "Rectify" was probably the best episode in this great season 2 so far. I loved the writing (this episode was even nominated by Writers Guild of America), directing, pacing and strong acting of course. While the story didn't moved much, this show isn't as much about story or plot as it is a character study drama, and it is a very good one - a hard to put down one actually.

Overall, "Donald the Normal" is clear example of good this show is overall. Great pacing, superb writing and down to plausible story (but very involving at the same time), a very good show so far.
