Stewie, Brian, Peter, Olivia, Connie, Joe, Quagmire, Jillian, Cleveland had Diane had enough of Chris and Neil causing mischief so they decided to break them up of course their plan was a success but they ended up accidently being erased from time and ended up in Britain. Peter and other's new lives to good until they started to miss their families. Stewie suggest to cause mischief of their own in order to get home but that only made the British people of the mansion angry and decided to lock them. Olivia and Diane misses Tom, Joe misses Bonnie, Cleveland misses Loretta, Stewie, Brian and Peter misses Lois, Chris and Meg, Quagmire misses Pouncey, Jillian misses the rest of her friends and Connie misses her dad Shepherd Stewie and the rest of group realized they made a mistake so Stewie and Olivia build a time machine and the group went back in time to stop themselves from breaking up Chris and Neil. Back at the Griffin Meg told her family that she has been driving around the country with her friends for 3 years.

Influence!

I just have this feeling that this episode... may or may not have had some influence with the "Bart and Homer's Excellent Adventure" segment of Treehouse of Horror XXIII. I mean, there's a lot this episode has in common with that segment, particularly with the purpose of altering the past. Maybe it's just me, I don't know, but considering Chap Stewie was released just a year and a half after Treehouse of Horror XXIII, I am inclined to think this.
