Riveting story
12 November 2015 | by prudencemmasonSee all my reviews

This film could be called the Lost Story because it's so little known and yet it's a great one with fascinating characters, a plot line with more twists and turns than chubby checker and involves romance, murder and a mystery plus it's set in the glamorous 1930s about the stars of that age - aviators. What is most incredible is that it's all true. This is a documentary made by a relation of the main character so there's authenticity to it that gives an added dimension. This terrific story is well told by the many people interviewed by Andrew as he delved into his own family's past. I loved the footage of the old flying scenes but it's not just for lovers of aviation.
