The series had jumped the shark and violated its unwritten contract with its fans.

I love "Parks and Recreation" and normally I don't bother reviewing individual episodes of the great TV series. But I felt compelled to do so with this one because my entire family was horrified when we sat there watching the first show in the final season. It did things that were fundamentally wrong...things that the show's writers did not have a right to do nor did these HUGE changes make much sense. Imagine our surprise when apparently years have passed and now Leslie HATES Ron...two of the most beloved characters on the show who were gest buds are at odds with each other. This was just wrong as an important part of ANY good comedy is making the characters consistent AND retaining the love they have for each other on the show. It honestly seemed as if whoever wrote this one hated the show and/or the audience! Fortunately, a few episodes in the series got back on track but I would like to pretend that the Ron- Leslie feud (during which Leslie behaved like a monster) never took place! It's easy to just skip this one...please do!
