The film's title is a paraphrase of the words Ice-T said in 1995 during a press conference before his concert in Poland: "Liroy is OG, don't fuck with him." Earlier Liroy himself referred to these words in his song "Bafangoo" released in 1996: "As Ice himself said: 'Liroy is OG. The OG, don't fuck with him.' So don't fuck with me, 'cause I'm the type of motherfucker you love to hate."
