- During an intense challenge, castaways attempt to crack the code and earn a spot in the final five. Additionally, one castaway's paranoia threatens another's stake in the game, and Tony's closest confidant is wooed by another alliance.
- Previously on 'Survivor': Tony had to keep his move on LJ from the rest of his alliance, and Jefra felt like she was on the bottom. But the alliance came back together to take out Jeremiah. Tony then acquired a second immunity idol and Spencer told Tony that Jefra wanted to vote him out. Tony pulled in Woo, Spencer pulled in Tasha, and they blindsided Jefra -- leaving Tony's alliance in the dark again
Back at camp: Kass is "pissed off," she tells us. She says "anyone who crosses Tony gets their cement shoes" and end up at the bottom of the pond. Kass tells us she doesn't like being the one slack-jawed at Tribal Council. Kass confronts Tony and says it's getting old the way he's talking to people in such a condescending way and that he's "kind of being a jerk." Spencer tells us the dynamic is changing now that Kass and Tony are fighting. Tony apologizes for being condescending, but Kass tells us she's "done with him."
The next morning, Spencer says he's starting to get to know Tony but that he's "very, very dangerous." While Tony, Woo and Spencer are up early talking, Tony talks about how Kass is usually up early, and Kass thinks Tony is talking trash about her. Kass tells Tasha and Trish that Tony is calling her a bitch and that he's going to get her out. Later, Kass tells Tony she heard "everything" he was saying about her and he tries to assure her he wasn't talking about her. Spencer tells us that Kass legitimately misheard Tony, but he's not going to clear the situation up because the chaos is good for him. Kass tells she wants to "kill the cult leader."
Tony later tells us he doesn't like the tension and wants to squash the misunderstanding with Kass. He goes to her and tells her what she thinks he said isn't true. Tony gets more and more frustrated that she doesn't believe him, and she tells us he's "losing it." The two keep going at each other and Kass says she'll write his name down. Tony tells her if she does that she'll go home, then reveals in front of everyone that he has the "special idol." Kass asks him to show it to them and Tony says he doesn't have to.
"And just like that, Tash and Spencer you guys move up another notch," Tony says.
Reward challenge: The players will be divided into two teams of three. They will throw sandbags in an effort to knock down a brick wall belonging to the other team, then will have to work to rebuild their wall. The first team to finish wins reward: A trip to a local elementary school where they will serve as "Survivor" ambassadors and bring with them school supplies and an American-style lunch of burgers and hot dogs.
The teams are Woo, Spencer and Kass versus Tasha, Trish and Tony. The two teams break each others' walls almost to the same extent when the rebuilding begins. Tasha gets an early lead on Spencer in rebuilding the wall, but Spencer starts to gain momentum with Kass giving him patient directions. In what Jeff calls "an incredible comeback," Spencer, Kass and Woo win the reward.
At the reward, Woo gets really into handing out school supplies and entertaining the kids with some martial arts demonstrations and some wicked basketball skills. Later, Kass starts talking strategy and tells them she'd like to split the vote three ways to flush Tony's idol and vote Trish out. Spencer agrees and tells Kass and us that he's on board. Woo is conflicted but tells Spencer and Kass that "right now would be the time to make a move." But he won't give them anything more solid than "I'll definitely consider it."
As they get back to the beach, Woo finally says, "I'm in." He also promises not to disclose anything they discussed.
Spencer tells Tasha about the plan to team up with Woo. Meanwhile, Tony and Trish discuss whether Woo might have been turned on the reward. Tony asks Woo if there was any strategy talk and Woo says Spencer and Kass said Tasha should go next, which Tony thinks makes no sense and makes him wonder whether Woo is lying to him.
Immunity challenge: The players have to race out and count the items at six different stations, then use those numbers to solve a combination lock. The first to finish wins immunity.
After 25 minutes and several attempts, Tasha comes back after having recounted every station and double-checking her work. FInally, Spencer gets his combination right and wins immunity, falling to his knees with exhaustion. Jeff tells Tasha she was just one number off "for a long time."
Back at camp: Tasha is bummed she didn't win, but says she's "not done yet." Spencer, Woo and Tasha decide that they will split the vote three ways, with two votes for Tony and two for Trish.
Tasha comes out and essentially concedes that she's going home, which makes Tony suspicious that something is going on. He says he doesn't want to play his special idol, but he might have to.
Tasha and Kass chat about how Tony is a jerk and how he's the Russell Hantz of their group. Kass starts to think it might be worth keeping Tony around to the final because nobody will give the jerk the money. She pulls Woo aside to talk strategy, but we don't see what they decide.
Tribal Council: Tasha says it's been made clear that as soon as you lose you're going home, but she says they've been hearing a lot about idols from Tony and that she's hoping the rest of the group will see how much of a threat Tony is.
Tony talks about "loyalty and trust," which Kass calls a little disingenuous. Jeff says it seems like an obvious vote to flush an idol out of the game, and Kass says that's exactly what needs to happen. Spencer says he's excited to see what's in Tony's bag of tricks. Kass says there could be a blindside, which gets Trish and Tony's attention, and makes Tasha excited at the prospect of stcking around a little longer.
The vote: Tony writes down Tasha's name, Spencer writes down Tony's name, and Tasha writes down Trish's name. Woo writes a name we don't see and says, "You're a hell of a player, I'm sorry I put your name down."
Jeff asks for a hidden idol and Tony, after some consternation, does not respond.
Jeff reads the votes: Tasha, Tony, Trish, Tasha, and the 12th person voted out is Tasha.
Tasha's last words: "Given the start that I had in the Luzon tribe, to make it this far in the game is just amazing. I'm proud to have been here, and it's been a blessing and I fought to the end. I got voted out because I was strong in the challenges, and, honestly, the castaways are probably smart to get rid of me when they did, because I felt like I had another immunity run in me."
