Did You Know?

When Castle and Beckett are trying to shorten their list of wedding guests, he wants to cut her aunt Teresa because of something, which is implied to be disparaging, she posted about him on Facebook, and Beckett replies that it was eventually taken down. While on the phone with her dad in "Castle: Limelight (2014)", Beckett learns of whatever Teresa wrote and tells him to pass on a message to take it down. See more »

Contrary to Javi's statements, "international banking regulations" are VERY strict, post-9/11, with additional regulations pertinent to Swiss banks coming in force prior to this episode's air date. There certainly should be ways to discover where that much money came from and where it went. International wires of any reasonable size (certainly one for the amount noted in the show) require a good deal of documentation and verification, all of which must be maintained for a number of years. In addition, even numbered accounts require personal information to be opened, and such information can be accessed by law enforcement with appropriate warrants. See more »

[first lines]
Richard Castle: What if we got married on the Cyclone?
Kate Beckett: The roller coaster at Coney Island?
Richard Castle: Come on, how much fun would that be? And talk about an appropriate, if not slightly on-the-nose, metaphor. A bride and groom together, side-by-side, as they go through the ups and downs, the twists and turns, and the loop-de-loops of life.
Kate Beckett: Castle, I love you, but I will not marry you on a ride, or up in space, or on a slide.
Richard Castle: I bet Dr. Seuss got married somewhere fun.
Kate Beckett: Yes, his wife's living room.
