Laura, is the coming of age story of a young girl, abandoned as an infant by her mother. Laura lives with her grandmother and for two weeks every summer she visits her father, a logger, who lives alone and isolated in the forest. A man of few words, the father is increasingly unable to communicate with his adolescent daughter.
