Excellent film. The entire story on "Free choice vs. Control" was well written and produced. Scarlett Johansson excelled in her last role as Black Widow. Florence Pugh, on the other hand, stole the show. Rachel Weisz was also fantastic. Loved the dinner table scene! David Harbour's role was funny and enjoyable. The post-credits, which were originally supposed to occur before "Falcon & Winter Soldier", still worked very well and it doesn't confuse the audience. Scarlett is going to be missed, but Pugh has shown that she's more than capable of filling her shoes in MCU ventures.
The actions sequences were amazing. In addition, the film's general plot is incredibly relatable. Anyone who believes that an action picture with a predominantly female cast and a female lead can't be exciting and spectacular should keep their mouth shut. Among "Wonder Woman" and "Captain Marvel", Black Widow establishes beyond a shadow of a doubt that a female lead in an action film can provide flawless performance.
However, there are few points I'd like to make:
1. Taskmaster could have been used more effectively.
2. Some scenes in the film felt rushed, but that's fine because fans of the MCU are familiar with Johansson's character and can overlook the rushed scenes.
3. While this film was definitely worth the wait and the delays, I believe that the standalone Black Widow feature should be released much sooner and should have been part of the Infinity Saga timeline rather than being the Phase 4 opening.
Still, it's clear so far in Phase 4 that Marvel isn't losing any steps. Great film and it looks Marvel is getting better and better!
