Gu-deok, pretending to be Ok Tae-young, hides in a secluded annex to avoid revealing her true identity. To avenge Tae-young's death, Gu-deok disguises herself with a face-covering hood and helps capture a gang of bandits who attacked a roadside inn. Lady Han becomes intrigued by Gu-deok's cleverness and resourcefulness.
